  • Alternative Deletion Method: You may also email a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process this request within 14 days.
  • What Happens Upon Deletion: Upon deletion, your profile, chat history, and account credentials will be permanently erased or fully anonymized, except where retention is legally required (e.g., to comply with tax laws or law enforcement requests).

5. Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Fabloom is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. Furthermore, depending on your jurisdiction (such as the EU or specific US states), the minimum age may be between 13 and 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the required minimum age without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to permanently delete that information and terminate the account.
