User Agreement (Terms of Service)

Welcome to Fabloom-Chat With AI Roles! These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you and Fabloom ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Children's Safety
Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Fabloom. In certain jurisdictions, the minimum age may be older (e.g., 16 in parts of the EU). If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority where you live), you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Use: We strictly prohibit children under 13 from using the app. If we discover that an account has been created by a child under 13, that account and all associated data will be terminated and deleted immediately without notice.
2. The Nature of AI Interactions (Disclaimer)
Fabloom provides an entertainment service using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Fictional Nature: AI characters are not real people. They do not have feelings, consciousness, or real-world capabilities.
- No Professional Advice: The AI may generate responses that sound authoritative but are factually incorrect (hallucinations). AI responses must never be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for real-world issues.
- Unpredictability: Due to the nature of machine learning, we cannot completely guarantee that the AI will never generate inappropriate or unexpected responses, though we employ rigorous safety filters.
3. User Conduct and Content Restrictions
You are solely responsible for your interactions and the content you submit ("User Content"). When using Fabloom, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to generate, promote, or distribute illegal content, hate speech, severe violence, or non-consensual explicit material.
- Harass, threaten, or bully other human users or attempt to exploit the AI systems to bypass safety guardrails.
- Impersonate any real person, entity, or public figure in a deceptive manner.
- Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes, spam, or automated data scraping.
We reserve the right to review User Content to ensure compliance with these terms and Google Play Developer Policies. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
4. Account Deletion and Termination
Your Right to Delete: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account. This can be done directly inside the Fabloom application via Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing [email protected].
Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content), including the AI models, software, graphics, logos, and interface, belong exclusively to Fabloom or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
"AS IS" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabloom and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or any content generated by the AI.
7. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
